The corner condo has a master suite with sitting area, an additional bedroom, 2.5 baths and 1,423 feet of interior space.
As for withdrawn listings, Unit #416 with 2-beds and 2.5-baths listed for $1,199,000 but was taken off the market after just 25 days. Unit #1006, however, was withdrawn and relisted at a $15K discount. The new asking price for this 772-square foot modern flat with floor-to-ceiling windows is $699,900.
There were also two sales in September. Unit #801 is a 1-bed, 1-bath residence that closed at the full asking price of $925,000 after 130 days on market. Meanwhile, Unit #311, a one-bedroom with balcony and 689 square feet of space sold for $593,000 after originally listing for $615,000.
