The highest sales price-to-list ratio for February belonged to Unit #926 at The Residences at Gallery Place in DC’s Chinatown. The luxury building literally sits atop the Metro station for the ultimate in commuter convenience. The stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with its gleaming hardwood floors throughout, was offered at $550,000 and closed for $600,500: a whopping $50,500 over list (109.18%).

Coming in second was Unit #329 at The Lofts at Adams Morgan. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft with exposed overhead ductwork, hardwood floors, open modern kitchen and an appealing brick terrace closed at $680,000 or 100.76% of its asking price.

Placing third was Unit #4008 at Adagio in Bethesda. The roomy 1-bedroom, 1-bath flat has 942 square feet of living space, an open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony. It sold for $490,000 which is 100.20% of asking.

Next on the list is Unit #414 at City Vista in DC’s Downtown Mt. Vernon neighborhood. The 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment has a super-clean open floorplan with wide-plank hardwoods, a recessed modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a built-in office nook. The final sales price of $616,000 was 100.16% over list.

Unit #337 at The Columbia in the West End is a handsome 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence at the former Columbia Hospital for Women. Featuring pale hardwoods, a delightful balcony and gourmet kitchen, the apartment closed for a full 100% of its $989,000 list price.

Our final entry is Unit #102 at the contemporary Lot 33 in trendy Adams Morgan. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath ground floor flat features an appealing open space layout and a terrific private patio. It sold for $650,000 which is 100% of the asking price.
