Unit #8C with 3-bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3,031 square feet of living space and luxurious white-on-white modern minimalism closed at its full asking price of $4,280,000!

Unit #PH1A at the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown listed for $3,495,000 and settled at $3,455,000—98.8% of its original amount. The 3-bedroom, 4.5-bath penthouse offers spectacular views of the Potomac River. Coming in third was Unit #502 at the Somerset House in Chevy Chase. The three-bedroom, 3-bath apartment with a spacious 3,400 square feet of living space closed at $2,950,000.

Next on the list was #708 at Metropole in Logan Circle which sold for $2,800,000 after listing for $2,875,000. The 2-bedroom-2-bath penthouse duplex has a very open and contemporary look with true floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple private outdoor spaces, including a large private two-level roof decks with landscaping.

Fifth place goes to Unit #303 at Turnberry Tower at Rosslyn’s waterfront in Arlington. This 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury apartment received a successful offer on the same day it listed. The asking price was $1,274,900 and the closing was $1,275,000! Finally, Unit #3F at 22 West in the West End closed for $1,250,000 after listing for $1,295,000. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath contemporary dwelling has warm hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
