Two of our “It Buildings” registered the Most Units Sold in July: The Watergate in Foggy Bottom and Union Row in the U Street Corridor. Selling a substantial five units each were the Madrigal Lofts in Mount Vernon Triangle and The Whitman, also in Mount Vernon Triangle. Two buildings sold a sturdy four units each: City Center in the Mount Vernon Triangle and The Clara Barton in Penn Quarter. Three buildings sold three units each: 2020 Lofts in the U Street Corridor, City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle and The Odyssey in Arlington. Last but certainly not least, there were five buildings that sold two units each. Those were Northumberland in Dupont Circle, The Artisan in Penn Quarter, The Floridian in the U Street Corridor, The Watergate in Foggy Bottom and Union Row in the U Street Corridor.
