The Waterview | Market Pulse | August 2018

Located by the river’s edge in Arlington is a complex offering rarefied upscale living. The Le Meridian Hotel forms the basis of the experience with The Waterview condominium occupying floors 14 through 30.  From full-service amenities to some of the most spectacular views in the region, this is the epitome of “Life At The Top.”

Actually buying in can be a challenge, however—there are only four active listings as of this writing and no new entries in August.

The most recent actives to come on the market were both in July. There are no condos currently under contract but there have been some recent sales.
