The most recent closing was Unit #1010, a 2-bed, 2.5-bath apartment that listed for $1,450,000 on August 15 and sold the very same day for $1,430,000—0 days on the market and for 98.6% of the asking price! The residence measures out at 1,814 square foot, translating to $788 per square foot.
