Turnberry Tower |Market Pulse | June 2019

Turnberry Tower is not only the tallest condominium in Arlington, it’s also one of the swankiest! The 26-floor residential tower is located in the Rosslyn waterfront community, right by the Potomac River. Units with river-facing balconies are always hot ticket items during DC’s annual July 4 fireworks over the river. Floorplans here also tend to be quite spacious.

A super long balcony runs the length of the unit provides another dimension, including panoramic views. Also noteworthy are the cove ceilings, private elevator and a contemporary kitchen with granite counters, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances and Snaidero cabinets. Let’s not forget wide-plank hardwoods, built-ins, paneled doors, ultra-luxurious marble baths and walk-in closets with custom organizers.
