Unit #1811 also received an accepted offer after being on the market for just 14 days. Other condos currently under contract include PH2102, a penthouse with 3-bedrooms and 3.5-baths that had listed for $3.1 million; Unit #704 with 2-bedrooms, 2-baths, an open floor plan and a $999,900 price tag; and Unit #1105, priced at $859,000 with with 1-bedroom, 2-baths, a marble terrace and a 72-hour kickout clause that allows new offers.
