Located just a couple blocks from the Potomac River, Turnberry Tower in Arlington is the tallest residential building in the Washington, DC area. The modern 26-story glass and steel structure is also known for its world-class full service amenities.

Closing activity includes Unit #212 which went under contract in October with a list price of $1,150,000. The 1,752 square-foot luxury condo has 2-bedrooms, 2-baths, direct elevator access, a gourmet kitchen with European panelized appliances and a large tiled terrace.
