Unit #913 went under contract in April! Unit #810 is also still available. With two garage spaces and private storage, this corner residence with its massive window walls is listed at $2,650,000.

Additionally, Unit #410 with 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and 1,425 square feet of space remains active. With an asking price of $1,490,000, this attractive residence comes with two balconies, two parking spaces, wraparound windows and a recessed, elongated kitchen that runs along a single wall.

Under contract in April is Unit #416 which had been on the market for a little over a month. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment has 1,209 square feet of space, sliders leading to a lovely patio, and a signature CityCenter kitchen with Molteni cabs and Caesarstone counters. It was priced at $1,165,000.

Unit #708 with 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and 944 square feet of living space is also currently pending. The asking price for the residence with south-facing balcony was $879,900.

Also under contract is Unit #1105 with 1-bedroom, 1-bath and 814 square feet of space. Priced at $799,900m the penthouse-level property with floor-to-ceiling windows offers expansive views of Downtown DC.

Finally, Unit #903 has closed. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath with an owner’s suite and courtyard views had been listed at $989,000 and settled for $975,000.
