The Residences at CityCenter are the condominium component of the 10-acre CityCenterDC live-work-play community in Downtown DC’s Mount Vernon Triangle. There are 216 condos in two towers, all of which offer a clean, modern and luxurious aesthetic. The self-sustaining in-town complex also features two office towers, two apartment buildings, high-end hotels, boutique retailers, top restaurants and even its own 1.5 acre park.
There was only one new listing in August but it’s a choice one. Unit #802 is a corner unit with 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and 1,272 square feet of living space. With a recent price drop from $825,000 down to $810,000, this attractive apartment offers a clean and minimalist style. A similarly hued office cubby and an extended 96 square-foot balcony are other intriguing perks.
Unit #1006 in the I Building is current active under contract with an offer received on August 17. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is due to close in September. Priced competitively at $699,900, the 772 square foot flat on the 10th floor has an open layout, extra-wide plank floors, a signature CityCenter modern kitchen, cute office nook, stacked washer/dryer and sliders to a balcony that spans the entire unit!
There was one closing in August. Unit #713 is a super-sized 1-bedroom, 1-bath with 940 square feet of living space. The bedroom has a very appealing window bay/sitting area and there’s also an office cubby off the hallway and opposite the Foster + Partners custom kitchen. Priced at $850,000, the condo sold for $815,000.

amenities at the Residences at CityCenter, with a 24/7 front desk, concierge
and porter service as well as a bar lounge, roof gardens, water feature,
fitness center and spa, outdoor kitchens and an executive center. You’ll find
all you need in the CityCenter community with over 30 restaurants and retailers.

restaurants and entertainment. Transit is also a snap with the Metro Center and
