Still available after coming to market in July is Unit #514 with a list price of $1,114,900. This is a generously sized condo with two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,400 square feet of living space. There are massive windows in the open living and dining area that overlook a landscaped garden courtyard. An open, panelized kitchen fits nicely into a corner and the bedrooms are down the hall for maximum privacy. The primary suite includes three closets.
Also still active is Unit #810 at $2,395,000. With 1,378 square feet of interior space, this sleek apartment has much to offer including two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, pale white oak floors, and a Euro-style kitchen that hugs the wall of the huge open main living area. But the real standout is an enormous 1,100 square foot private garden terrace with ample room for hosting outside dinners. Two garage parking spaces, and extra storage are included.
Offered at $1,435,000, Unit #1002 is a roomy corner condo with a 1,340 square foot layout. The sunny residence has an open ambience with a welcoming front foyer, a a massive main living, dining, and cooking area, two bedrooms, and two baths. Also notable are the white oak floors, a convenient built-in desk, and an expansive balcony.
Listed at $1,400,000, Unit #902 has a modern layout with two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,346 square feet of living space. Large walls of windows surround the open living, dining, and cooking area, flooding hardwood floors with abundant natural light. The Foster + Partners designed kitchen with its panelized appliances is the perfect place to create culinary feasts, and an extended balcony offers terrific views.
August brought a fresh price reduction to Unit #907 in the H Street tower. The one bedroom, one bath condo originally listed for $699,000 before a significant cut down to $649,900. It has now been reduced even further to $625,000. The 644 square foot residence has a very sleek look with super-wide plank white oak floors and an open glossy white-on-white panelized kitchen with Liebherr, Bosch, and Miele appliances.
There was one sale in August. Unit #907 in the I Street tower sold for $645,000 after listing for $649,900. The closing occurred just three weeks after an accepted offer was received. The one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with 788 square feet of living space boasts wide plank hardwood floors, an expansive balcony, a bult-in desk nook, and a terrific gourmet kitchen with white Caesarstone counters.
Unit #901/902 has expired. This was the most expensive listing before the clock ran out, with an asking price of $4,995,000. The four-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence with 2,816 square feet of fully renovated living space is the result of two side-by-side apartments being transformed into one outstanding showcase. Features include a turf terrace, a separate balcony, and a wine cellar that holds up to 2,300 bottles. We’ll keep tabs to see if it reenters the market.
