Unit #810 is now in Active Under Contract status, which means that it is pending with contingencies and can still be shown for backup offers. Also now pending is Unit #614. The two-bedroom condo with two baths listed in July for $1,129,000 and received an accepted offer in just 18 days. Unit #504/505 expired at the end of August. We will keep tabs to see if it becomes active again. The two-bedroom condo with two full and two half baths had been listed at $1,650,000. The residence is a custom merging of two units with a total of 1,807 square feet of living space. The center of the layout is completely open, with living, dining, kitchen, and family room all flowing into each other.
Unit #909 has been temporarily taken off the market. The airy corner residence with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths had been priced at $1,345,000. The 1,395 square foot floorplan white oak flooring, motorized window shades, and an impressive gourmet kitchen that faces out toward the window wall are all part of the interior design.
There were no closings at City Center DC in August.
