Located within the giant CityCenterDC complex are two condominium towers known as the Residences at CityCenter. Unit #514 listed in February for $835,000. Unit #1007 listed on February 27 for $709,000. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath and 734 square feet of space. One assigned garage parking space is included.
With 1-bedroom, 1-bath and a cozy 689 square foot layout, Unit #712 came to market in February, Listed for a competitive $662,500, the flat offers a space-saving glossy white kitchen with Molteni cabinetry, a washer/dryer stack tucked into a closet, and a fun balcony as well. One garage parking space conveys.
Closing out the new listings is Unit #612, the most affordable apartment currently available at CityCenterDC at $615,000. With 685 square feet of living space, this modern open flat came on the market at the end of the month. The warm wood-toned finish in the kitchen complements the wide-plank premium wood floors perfectly. The bedroom is nice-sized and includes an Elfa storage system. Bonus points for a fun balcony, stacked washer/dryer and one garage parking space.
Still available is Unit #1107. Priced at $1.5 million, the 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner penthouse offers 1,452 square feet of living space. Massive floor-to-ceiling windows span the length of a large open living area that also includes a Foster + Partners kitchen set into a single wall. A long private balcony has multiple access points, including both bedrooms. Northern Oak flooring runs throughout. Unit #908 remains on the market with a $1,370,000 asking price. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment boasts 1,423 square feet of living space with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, allowing natural light to bathe the pale wood floors. Unit #609 closed at the end of February. Listed at $1,099,900, the charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat overlooking the central courtyard sold for $1,020,000. The layout with its 1,210 square feet of space features bedrooms at opposite ends for privacy. Also, there are no shared walls with adjacent units. A stylish open kitchen, Northern European Oak floors and a sleek en-suite bathrooms with white Caesarstone floating vanities add to the considerable appeal.
Unit #602 also closed in February. The corner residence with 2-beds, 2-baths and 1,191 square feet of space listed at $1,250,000 and sold for $1,050,000. An open floorplan features huge windows, a signature Foster + Partners kitchen recessed into one wall, wide-plank floors, bedrooms with sliding doors and stylish modern bathrooms. An extended balcony runs the length of the unit, providing a great urban view. Included are two parking spaces and storage.
Unit #807 went under contract in January for $749,900 and closed the following month for $735,000. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment has a spacious 820 square foot layout. A sublime white-on-white kitchen with recessed appliances adds to the open an airy feel. There’s also an extended white office cubby, built-ins and massive windows.
Condominium residents at CityCenterDC enjoy a ton of amenities.
