The Residences at City Center are the condominium component for CityCenterDC, a modern mixed-use community that spans more than five city blocks in the Mount Vernon Triangle. With upscale boutique retailers, top restaurants, hotels, apartment rentals, office towers and a 1.5-acre park, this highly popular bubble community is just steps from downtown landmarks, museums, entertainment, Chinatown, and the Mt. Vernon Square/7th St Metro station.

New to the market in February is Unit #601 with one bedroom, one bath and 980 square feet of living space. Offered at $890,000, the apartment with its European Northern White Oak flooring is filled with light from sunny exposures on three sides. The bedroom enjoys its own private suite, accessible through large sliders.

Still available after listing in January is Unit #604. The $750,000 asking price includes over $25,000 in recent upgrades, with a coffered ceiling, electric fireplace, new quartz counters and kitchen island, and new glass shower doors and vanity in the full bath. The one-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment with 830 square feet of space has an open floorplan and a built-in desk cubby.

The highest-priced listing at CityCenterDC, Unit #810, received a price cut in February, dropping from $2,474,900 down to $2,399,000. Two bedroom suites offer privacy from the main living area with its giant window walls, including a massive slider leading outdoors.

Unit #509 has been reduced from $1,025,000 to $985,000. There are two beds and two baths, positioned at opposite ends of the 1,148 square foot layout for maximum privacy. Unit #714 came to market in February and quickly went into Active under Contract status, meaning that it is pending with contingencies. Each of the two bedroom suites has floor-to-ceiling windows.

After being reduced to $699,000, Unit #709 received an accepted offer. The rarely available south facing one-bedroom residence is scheduled to close in early March. Features includes an expansive balcony, hardwood floors, a built-in office area, and a split bath that features a powder room for guests, with separate shower and sink adjacent to the bedroom.
