Spanning 10-acres in Washington’s vibrant Mount Vernon Triangle, the luxurious CityCenterDC offers everything one could ever need in one package. Described in the New York Times as a modern-day Rockefeller Center, the mixed use community includes upscale condo towers, offices, hotels, a 1.5-acre park, and over 40 popular retailers and restaurants.

There were multiple new listings in February including Unit #703 with an asking price of $799,000. The spacious one-bedroom, one-bath apartment has an 882-square foot layout with wide-plank Northern White Oak floors throughout, and massive windows offering sweeping city views. The open gourmet kitchen features Bosch appliances, Molteni cabinetry, and white Caesarstone counters.

Also new to the market is Unit #404 priced at $765,000. The 830 square foot floorplan includes one bedroom, one bath. A huge main area includes kitchen, living room, dining room, and desk cubby, all in one airy and open space, illuminated by natural light from floor to ceiling windows. The modern white-on-white kitchen recesses into a single wall, with panelized stainless steel appliances and a waterfall dining island.

Topping the price list of available condos at CityCenter is Unit #705. Offered at $2,349,000, this lovely and very sunny two-bedroom residence has 2.5 baths and a 1,423 square foot layout. Wide plank floors and an open gourmet kitchen add to the appeal, along with an extraordinary private terraced deck with wooden flooring and lovely landscaping. Two garage parking spaces are included.

Still active and priced at $1,425,000, Unit #702 is a large corner residence with 1,340 square feet of airy living space, bleached wide plank floors, and huge windows wrapping around the main living and dining area. The apartment has two separate bedroom suites, custom closet organizers, track lighting, an extended balcony, a washer and dryer, and two reserved parking spaces.

Unit #501 is a one-bedroom, one-flat apartment listed at $785,000. The 981 square foot corner layout features giant windows throughout the residence, including along the front hallway, the dining area, and the open living room. White oak floors, leafy views of the courtyard, and a wall of custom built-ins that acts as a functional work of art while also providing abundant storage, add to the appeal.

Currently listed at $749,000 after multiple previous reductions, Unit #813 has one bedroom, one bath, and a 940 square foot floorplan that is drenched with natural light from the huge, full-height windows. Custom wall treatments, an east-facing bedroom, tons of closet space with organizers, and a lovely gourmet kitchen add to the appeal.

Newly reduced in February, Unit #908 is now priced at $750,000, a $12K cut. The one-bedroom, 1.5-bath flat has a linear design with 860 square feet of living space. February was a strong month for sales activity at CityCenterDC, starting with Unit #1101. Originally listed at $2,950,000, the 2,676 square foot penthouse ultimately closed at $2,650,000. With two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, soaring 12-foot ceilings and extra-wide plank floors the residence also features walls of wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows, a Euro-style open kitchen, and an extended private balcony.

Unit #405 sold for $1,450,000 after listing for $1,499,950. The 1,538 square foot corner unit features sunny exposures on three sides. There are two primary bedroom suites that are positioned at opposite sides of the layout for extra privacy, along with 2.5 baths, wide white oak floors throughout, and massive windows overlooking terraced courtyards.

Unit #710 had a solid closing price of $1,060,000 after listing for $1,095,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath condo was only on the market for just five days before receiving an accepted offer. The 1,124 sq. ft. residence has a sunny layout with floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large central living and dining area. There is also a private balcony extending the entire length of the unit.

The final closing for February is Unit #507. The one-bedroom, one-bath flat with 724 square feet of living space listed for $699,999 and sold for $680,000. Features include new European white oak floors, and a big bedroom with a massive custom closet and lavish tiled bathroom. The gourmet kitchen with its sleek Molteni cabinets, quartz counters, and an island, is open to the living and dining areas.

Unit #812 has been withdrawn from the market. Previously listed at $650,000, the 636 square foot apartment had also been offered for rent. It is possible that the residence with its wife-plank floors and east-facing windows has now been leased out.

Residents at City Center enjoy a wide array of amenities, including a staffed front desk, concierge, and porters. Fitness routines are encouraged with a state-of-the-art gym and yoga studio.
