Unit #1006 was withdrawn from the market in February. The 1,460 square foot condo had been listed at $1,535,000 with two bedrooms, two baths, and spectacular views from giant wraparound windows, along with multiple balconies. We will keep track of this one to see if it becomes active again.
There were no closings in February.
CityCenterDC was delivered with great fanfare in 2013 and has been described in the New York Times as a modern day Rockefeller Center in Washington, DC.
