The Residences at CityCenter are luxury condominiums within the CityCenterDC community in Washington’s popular Mount Vernon Triangle. A long private balcony has multiple access points, including both bedrooms. Northern Oak flooring runs throughout. Also notable are the sleek bathrooms, walk-in closets, washer and dryer, two parking spaces and a walk-in storage unit.

Unit #908 has a new price reduction. Originally listed at $1,425,000, the 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath flat with 1,423 square feet of space is now available for $1,370,000. The main open living area has giant floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, allowing an abundance of natural light to flood in. A private balcony offers views of courtyards and garden terraces. The kitchen features Molteni cabinets and recessed appliances. A master bedroom suite is complemented by a second bedroom suite boasting a bonus office nook. Priced at $1,250,000, Unit #602 is a corner residence with 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and 1,191 square feet of living space. Unit #807 went under agreement in January, and is scheduled to close in February. Listed for $749,000, the 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment has a very roomy and open 820 square foot plan with wide-plank oak floors and a glossy white-on-white themed modern kitchen, as well as a matching glossy white desk nook. A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows offers terrific city views. The contemporary bath has a separate powder room component for added privacy.

There was one closing in January. Unit #604 with 1-bedroom, 1.5-baths and 830 square feet of space listed for $739,900 and sold for $740,000. The open space layout features a Foster + Partners designed kitchen recessed into a single wall of Molteni wood-toned cabinets. The kitchen segues neatly into a white-on-white desk nook along the same wall. Pale Northern Oak wide plank flooring adds to the ambiance.

Those living at the Residences at CityCenter enjoy a host of amenities, with front desks and concierge service, a recently remodeled fitness center and spa, roof gardens with cooking stations and a water feature, a bar lounge and an executive center.
