There were several sales in June, starting with Unit #402. The 1,340 square foot residence with two bedrooms and two baths had been listed at $1,335,000 before closing at $1,280,000. Unit #416 sold for $1,045,000 after being offered for $1,079,900. The renovated two-bedroom apartment with 2.5 baths and 1,142 square feet of living space has white oak flooring, custom wall treatments, and leafy views.
Unit #609 closed at a cool $1 million after listing for $1,090,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath residence enjoys 1,148 square feet of living space and lovely views of an interior courtyard. The two bedroom suites are positioned at opposite ends with the living area in-between.
The final sale is Unit #516, a 1,100 square foot residence with two owner suites and 2.5 baths. The closing price was $979,381 compared to the original amount of $990,000. Giant wraparound window walls overlook greenery and garden terraces.
