It’s huge, ideally located, and comes with all the perks and conveniences you need for a luxury lifestyle experience. City Center DC spans five city blocks in the Mount Vernon Triangle and includes 216 condo residences across two towers. But that’s not all, there’s also a hotel, offices, more than 40 upscale shopping boutiques and restaurants, and a 1.5-acre park. Likened to modern day Rockefeller Center in Downtown DC by the New York Times, the outdoor mall and residential development is just blocks from the National Mall and the White House.

New to the market in June is Unit #907 in the I Street tower. The one-bedroom, one-bath condo with an airy 788 square foot layout is priced at $649,900. Among the many features are extra wide plank hardwood floors, a bult-in desk nook, and a terrific gourmet kitchen with white Caesarstone counters, Molteni cabinetry, and Miele, Bosch, and Thermador appliances. The most expensive current listing is Unit #810 with an asking price of $2,395,000. The sleek and stylish condo has two bedroom, 2.5 baths, and 1,378 square feet of living space. The layout seems even larger when you open the sliders and step out onto an enormous 1,100 square foot private landscaped terrace. Other features include pale oak floors, a Euro-style kitchen, two garage parking spaces, and extra storage.

Still available after listing is May is Unit #1002 with an asking price of $1,435,000. The large corner apartment has a sunny and open ambience, with two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,340 square feet of living space. There’s a front foyer, a huge main living and dining room, and a wonderful primary suite. Other features include a balcony, white oak floors, a desk area, and a gourmet kitchen with panelized appliances.

Offered at $1,400,000, Unit #902 has a very modern floor plan with two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,346 square feet of interior space. Huge window walls surround the open living, dining, and cooking area, inviting abundant natural light inside. The Foster + Partners designed kitchen has panelized appliances, and an extended balcony offers terrific views.

Listed at $649,900, Unit #907 in the H Street tower shares the same asking price as the above-mentioned Unit #907 in the I Street tower. The chic one-bedroom condo with 644 square feet of living space offers a white-on-white theme that adds to the open and airy ambience. Features include wide plank white oak flooring, white walls, and a glossy white-on-white Foster + Partners kitchen.

Unit #506 is now in pending status. The two-bedroom corner condo with 2.5 baths and 1,538 square feet of living space came to market in May and is now slated to close in mid-July. The asking price was $1,485,000. Features include sunny exposures on all four sides, a super-sized open living and dining area that wraps around the corner, two secure parking spaces, and extra storage.

There was one closing in June. Unit #607 sold for $625,000 after listing for $649,000. The one-bedroom, one-bath flat has an appealing 773 square foot L-shaped layout with massive window walls overlooking interior courtyards including a Zen water feature. The Euro-style gourmet kitchen is completely open to the living and dining areas, hugging a single wall.

Residents at City Center enjoy numerous amenities, including the convenience and enjoyment of an upscale outdoor mall community with numerous shops and attractions all around.
