CityCenterDC is the epitome of a mixed-use, luxury community. The expansive downtown development covers 10 acres of primetime real estate in Mount Vernon Triangle, offering everything one needs, with condominium residences, upscale apartment rentals, office towers, the Conrad Washington Hotel and over 40 restaurants and designer boutiques. There’s also walkways, a plaza, a 1.5-acre park and all sorts of fun events.

Back on the market in March is Unit #710 with a list price of $1,198,000. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath luxe unit is available furnished or unfurnished. The open 1,124 square foot layout is bright and airy with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. A signature open Foster + Partners kitchen with Molteni/Dada cabinets complements the contemporary look. An extended balcony is the perfect place to enjoy coffee.

Unit #709 is newly listed, with a price tag of $725,000. The south-facing apartment has one bedroom and a split bath that includes a powder room for guests. Offered at $2,450,000, Unit #810 is a corner penthouse with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,389 square feet of interior space. A huge bonus is the 1,009 square foot private rooftop terrace. Listed at $1,699,000, Unit #505 is the rare combination of two apartments merged into one great package with sought-after Plaza views. The two-bedroom flat with two full and two half-baths has an impressive 1,947 square foot floorplan. A glossy white gourmet kitchen stretches in a U-shape; there’s also a wet bar where the second kitchen once existed.

Unit #1003 listed in March for $750,000 and has already dropped in price to $725,000. The attractive one-bedroom, one-bath condo has a generous 858 square foot floorplan, with huge windows, white oak wide-plank floors, a balcony and a large bedroom with a Molteni closet system. The open gourmet kitchen has an extra-long breakfast bar. There’s also a nifty desk nook.

Offering a substantial price cut, Unit #714 has dropped from $1,169,500 down to $1,139,500. The two-bedroom, two-bath residence with 1,028 square feet of space boasts giant windows, ultra-wide plank floors and dramatic wall finishes. There is also custom lighting and a large private balcony overlooking an interior courtyard. The master bath with its frameless shower and mosaics is truly impressive.

Another significant price cut belongs to Unit #801, sliced from $1,020,000 down to $980,000. The super spacious residence was reduced by a full $100,000 in January. Among the many features is a 1,010 square foot sky terrace with multiple levels and landscaping.

Unit #1102 recently expired but will be coming back to market soon with an asking price of $1,525,000. The upper level residence has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,209 square feet of living space. A massive wall of windows allows abundant light. The owner’s suite has a modern and attractive bath with twin-sink vanity, while the other bedroom with its own bath is at the opposite end for privacy.

Unit #715 has expired. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with 1,584 square feet of living space had been the highest priced CityCenter condo for sale at the time at $3,050,000. With lots of interior upgrades, the residence comes with a 576 square foot multilevel private landscaped terrace, as well as a 104 square foot balcony.
