The Residences at CityCenter are the condominium component of a rather remarkable mixed-use community. There were no closings in May. Unit #505 remains temporarily off-market. The unusually large apartment had been listed at $1,775,000, and is actually two one bedroom units that were combined to form a single super-sized 1,947 square foot floorplan. Features include a work space with adjacent wet bar, glossy white modern kitchen, two secure parking spaces and two storage units.
