Spanning more than five blocks of prime real estate in Washington, DC’s Mount Vernon Triangle is a unique life, work and play community. CityCenterDC offers luxury condos, apartments, upscale retailers, hotels, restaurants, offices and a 1.5-acre park. The condominium residences offer a clean and contemporary look, courtesy of Foster + Partners Architecture. The location is also key, at the site of the former Washington Convention Center and smack-dab in the middle of the vibrant downtown area.

New to the market in November is Unit #1103, a spectacular penthouse with an asking price of $2,950,000. With 1,720 square feet of living space, this light-filled apartment offers two bedrooms, one of which is a spacious owner’s suite. Each has its own full bath. There is also a powder room for the convenience of guests. Other features include a modern open kitchen and a spectacular private multi-level Sky Terrace with a gas grill, custom fire feature and landscaping.

Also new in November is Unit #801, priced at $1,060,000. The super-sized one-bedroom has a 945 square foot layout, with 1.5 baths and an unusually large main living area. Unit #810 was recently reduced from $2,595,000 town to $2,495,000. After a price drop in October, Unit #714 remains available for $1,169,500. Also still available after an October price reduction is Unit #301. The one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with 922 square feet of space is currently listed at $859,000. There were no new pending contracts in November. However, there was one closing. Unit #803 sold for $725,000 after listing for $749,000.
