Ideally located in Washington, DC’s Mount Vernon Triangle is one of the largest and most luxurious mixed-used developments in the nation. The community is known as CityCenterDC, with the condo components found in two modern towers. Spanning over two million square feet, City Center also includes apartment rentals, offices, hotels, upscale retailers, restaurants and a 1.5-acre park.

New to the market in November is Unit #810, priced at $2,474,900. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence with 1,378 square feet of interior living space also features a spectacular private sky terrace with two landscaping, for an additional 1,000+ sq. feet. The corner residence has three sunny exposures, massive windows, and two personal parking spaces.

Also new in November is Unit #715, offered at $2,399,000. With two bedrooms, two baths and 1,567 square feet of living space, this residence has a huge landscaped deck off the living area, as well as an additional shared balcony connecting the two bedroom suites. There have been numerous improvements throughout the sunny apartment, and two parking spaces are included.

Still active from October is Unit #416 with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1,142 square feet of space and an asking price of $1,135,000. Distinctive wall treatments in the foyer and in the bathrooms, and wide-plank flooring throughout, add to the appeal. Upgrades include a whole-home audio/video system with TVs in each of the full baths.

Unit #402 is available at $1,335,000. The spacious two-bedroom, two-bath residence offers a 1,340 square-foot open layout with a bonus private balcony. Natural light floods the open living, dining and cooking area, with a Euro-style kitchen set neatly into a single wall. White oak floors and a stunning owners’ suite add to the allure.

Available either furnished or unfinished is Unit #710 with a $1,198,000 sticker. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence with 1,124 square feet of living space enjoys a balcony running the length of the apartment. Wide plank hardwood floors, an open Foster + Partners kitchen and giant windows are just a few of the other features.

Listed at $1,025,000, Unit #509 has 1,148 square feet of living space with two bedrooms and two baths positioned at opposite ends for privacy. The middle area is devoted to an open living, dining and kitchen space. Sliding doors lead out to a lush fifth floor courtyard.

Unit #404 is a 1,003 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartment with 1.5 baths and a $949,900 price tag. A foyer leads into a huge open living area with corner window bays. The kitchen with its modern walnut cabinetry is set to the side, preserving maximum space. The bedroom suite has a window bay sitting area and a deep hallway that doubles as a work area.

With two bedrooms and two baths, Unit #506 is currently listed at $925,000. The stylish flat has 1,033 square feet of living space with a linear open living, dining and cooking area and blonde wide-plank floors. A long balcony overlooks the street below. The primary bedroom enjoys a large en-suite bath with a twin-sink vanity and dual entries.

Unit #408 has been reduced multiple times, including November. Now offered at $844,900, the two-bedroom, two-bath residence has 937 sq. ft. of living space with white oak floors and an open kitchen with Molteni cabinetry and a Caesarstone breakfast counter. Also notable is the elongated balcony.

Unit #607 came to market in November and is already pending. The one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with 820 square feet of living space, parking and extra storage, was competitively priced at $725,000. It received an accepted offer in just two days! The unit is scheduled to close in early December.

There was one sale in November. Unit #809 was listed at $1,399,900 before closing for $1,375,000. The corner apartment has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and giant wraparound windows that allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the pale oak wide-plank flooring. One of the two bedroom suites offers a private office area.

Unit #407 has been withdrawn. The 820 square foot apartment had been listed at $798,000, with one bedroom and one bath. The open gourmet kitchen has Caesarstone counters, and panelized Bosch, Thermador and Miele appliances. We’ll keep tabs to see if it comes back to market.
