Spanning more than five urban blocks in the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood, City Center DC is both a residential community and an outdoor mall. The ambitious project broke ground in April 2011, with the two condo towers completed in 2013. City Center has been featured prominently in major publications and has contributed significantly to the reshaping of DC’s downtown area. Other components in the intriguing bubble community include rental apartments, two office buildings, a high-end hotel, a 1.5-acre park, and over 40 boutique retailers and restaurants.
