New to the market in October is Unit #1107. An extremely long balcony, wide-plank floors, bedrooms with sliding doors and giant windows, and stylish modern bathrooms all help make this a very appealing flat! Unit #802 remains available for $1,275,000. There were no new sales contracts or closings at CityCenter in October. Unit #404 went pending at the end of September and is due to close in December. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath residence with 830 square feet of space went under contract after just 21 days on market. The list price for the modern flat with its white-on-white Euro-style recessed kitchen was $725,000.

Residents enjoy lots of amenities at CityCenter including a newly remodeled state-of-the-art fitness center and spa, 24/7 front desk and concierge, a bar lounge, roof gardens and water feature, and an executive center.
