New to the market in October is Unit #504/505. Listed at $1,584,000, this clever integration of two side-by-side condos results in two bedrooms, two full baths, and two half baths. Offered at $1,299,000, Unit #502 is a 1,340 square foot corner condo with two bedrooms and two baths. Unit #701 is now under contract after going through multiple price cuts. The one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with 981 square feet of living space originally listed for $849,990 and was reduced all the way down to $750,000 before receiving an accepted offer. The handsome corner unit with its pale blonde floors has a modern kitchen set entirely along a partial wall with hallways to each side.
Unit #909 is temporarily off the market. The two-bedroom condo with 2.5 baths and a sunny 1,395 square foot layout had been priced at $1,299,000. It was active for approximately a month before being delisted. We’ll track this one to see if it pops back up again.
There were no closings at City Center DC in October.
