The District’s highest-priced new condo listing in March was #PH217 at Washington Harbour in Georgetown. The waterfront penthouse with a $6,850,000 price tag has 2-bedrooms, 3.5-baths, a den, 3,700 square feet of living space plus a 5,000 square foot terrace overlooking the Potomac with private pool, spa, waterfall, fountain, fire pit, cabana and gardens. The interior boasts a master suite with his and hers bathrooms, a den and four fireplaces. This lavish residence also comes with three parking spaces.

Placing second was Unit #702 at Parc Somerset in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Listed at $3,650,000, the 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath flat has been featured in Architectural Digest. Offering 3,400 square feet of space plus two balconies, this city home with its beautiful tray ceilings and quarter-sewn wood floors is the height of elegance.

Also at the Parc Somerset is Unit #202 with 3-bedrooms, 3.5-baths, 3,400 square feet of space and a master suite with his and hers baths. With a curvilinear concept, fireplace, giant kitchen and balcony, this spacious residence is listed at $3,400,000.

In fourth place is Unit #1103 at CityCenterDC in the Mount Vernon neighborhood. The asking price is $3.2 million.

The fifth-highest listing in March was Unit #PH-3 at the Cheval in Bethesda. The 2,763-square foot penthouse with 3-bedrooms and 3.5 baths listed March 12 for $3 million and went under contract the next day!

Coming in a very close sixth was Unit #96 at the Westlight in DC’s West End neighborhood. The building’s cantilevered façade is the height of modernism, while the 3-bedroom, 3-bath penthouse plus den features white-on-white minimalism, giant glass windows and a private roof terrace, all for $2,995,000.
