Unit #6L at 22 West in the West End topped this list at $947.18 per square foot. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat with 1,401 feet of living space was also the month’s third-highest sales price in Washington Metro at $1,327,000.

Placing second was Unit #337 at The Columbia in the West End. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence with 1,196 square feet of space closed at its full asking price of $989,000 which translates to $862.92 per square foot.

Coming in third was Unit #404 at the modern Q 14 in Logan Circle. The open-concept apartment with giant south-facing windows overlooking Q Street has 2-bedeooms and 2-baths, and sold for $925,000 or $786.56 per square foot.

Next on the list is Unit #1126 at the Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter. The cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with 564 square feet of space, wood floors and a nifty modern kitchen sold for $420,000 or $744.68 per square foot.

Unit #102 at Lot 33 in Adams Morgan sold for its full asking price of $650,000 which was also a sturdy $742.86 per square foot. The 2-bed, 2-bath ground level flat is embellished with a roomy private patio.

Last but not least is Unit #302 at The Matrix in Logan Circle. The 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath residence has a very cool split-level concept with 800 square feet of living space. The closing price was $574,900 or $718.63 per square foot.
