Original parquet wood floors juxtapose with a contemporary updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A private deck overlooks the Potomac River.
In fifth place was Unit #1004 at Somerset House in Friendship Heights. The 2,498 sq. ft. apartment sold for $2,425,000, translating to $970.78 per square foot. The elegant residence was also the second highest overall sale for January. The final entry for this group was Unit #1910 at Turnberry Tower in Rosslyn. The 2,405 sq. ft. residence sold for $2,210,000, or $918.92 per square foot. With 2-bedrooms, 2.5-baths, a den, private elevator and panoramic views of Arlington and Potomac River, was also the third highest sale of the month.
