The highest price per square foot in November also happened to be the highest sales price and the highest list-to-sales ratio! The Southwest Waterfront condo with private terrace has direct elevator access and overlooks the promenade, piers and the Washington Channel.

Next on the list is #PH107 at Westlight in the West End. The highly modern penthouse with its private rooftop deck has 1,023 square feet of living space and closed at $1,240,000 or $1,212 per square foot.

Unit #26 at Dumbarton Place in Dupont Circle closed at its full asking price of $1,250,000 or $891 per square foot. It was the first closing at that building in over a year.

Our final entry is Unit #7L at the full-service Ritz-Carlton West End. This luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with 1,324 square feet of living space sold for its full asking price of $1,025,000 or $774 per square foot.
