The highest price per square foot sale in October belongs to Unit #7F at 3303 Water Street in Georgetown. The 2,043 square-foot duplex with its spectacular views of the Potomac was also one our highest sales-to-list closings, selling for $2,950,000, or $1,443.95 per square foot!
Next is the highest-priced sale in October, an ultra-large residence at the Watergate that combined two units into one. The 3,007 square-foot pad with stunning water views sold for $3,900,000 or $1.297 per square foot.
Our third entry is a fabulous penthouse (PH20) at VIO on The Wharf. This was one our highest sales-to-list condos as well, closing at $1,606,400 or $1,029.74 per square foot. Unit #504 at the historic Columbia in the West End was also one of our priciest sales in October. The two-bed, 2-bath spacious condo with a private terrace and panoramic views sold for $1,310,000 or $886.33 per square foot. Unit #103 at the historic Landmark Lofts on Capitol Hill sold for $579,000 or $812.06 per square foot and Unit #305 at Adams Alley in Adams Morgan (the adaptive reuse Colortone building) sold for $850,000 or $791.43 per square foot.
