The highest price per square foot sale in September belongs to Unit #9C at The Westlight in West End, which is coincidentally the highest sales price as well. This ultra-large city home has 3,051 square feet of interior space and sold for $4,445,000, or $1,456.90 per square foot. That’s luxury living! Other monthly leaders include Unit #801 at City Center in the Mount Vernon Triangle which sold for 100% of its asking price and $1,000 per square foot; Unit #6B at Wardman Tower in Woodley Park for $980.81 per square foot; Unit #10 at Logan Station in Logan Circle for $925.94 per square foot and Unit #602 at Metropole in Logan Circle for $892.86 per square foot. Our final highest-per-foot was also one of the highest sales prices for the month: Unit #111 at Gaslight Square in Rosslyn, a two-story loft with floating spiral staircase and two private terraces for $1,410,000 or $881.25 per square foot.
