The highest sales-to-price listing in Washington, D.C. in July was Unit #719 at Gallery Place in Chinatown. The one-bedroom condo listed for $487,000 and sold for $505,000 for a healthy 106.32% over list. Coming in second was City Vista in the Mount Vernon Triangle for 104.19% over the asking price. Over-list sales in other buildings included 2020 Lofts in the U Street Corridor for 103.18%, Cooper Lewis in Logan Circle for 101.18%, Delancey Lofts in Adams Morgan for 101.17% and Clara Barton in Penn Quarter for 100.78%.
