The building with the highest sales-to-list ration in June is Madrigal Lofts in the Mount Vernon Triangle. Unit #1121 listed for $455,000 but sold for $480,000—a whopping 105.49% of the asking price. Coming in second ia Unit #424 at City Vista in the Mount Vernon Triangle. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner unit has 1,150 square feet of living space, floods of light from floor-to-ceiling windows plus a spectacular master bedroom suite. It listed for $749,900 and closed at $776,000 or 103.48%. Third place goes to Unit #506 at the Yale Steam Laundry, another Mount Vernon Triangle building.
