The building with the highest list-to-sales ratio in March was the Yale Steam Laundry, a historic former laundry in the Mount Vernon neighborhood that once served the White House. Unit #908 with its giant windows and hardwood floors advertised for $485,000 but sold for $495,111—102.08% over list!

On the other side of the Potomac, Unit #1909 at The Waterview in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood sold for $540,000, representing 101.89% of its $530,000 asking price. The super-cute one-bedroom flat features stunning river views. Madrigal Lofts in Mount Vernon is home to Unit #818, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath that sold for $630,000 or 100.80% of its list price.

Next on the list is Unit #2 at The Floridian in the U Street Corridor. The one-bedroom industrial chic pad with wide-plank floors and cement ceilings was offered for $399,000 and sold for $401,450 or 100.61% over asking. Unit #W212 at the Wooster and Mercer Lofts in Arlington listed at $725,000 and closed at $726,000 or 100.61% of the original ticket price, while Unit #1016 at Gallery Place in Chinatown sold for $455,000 (100.11% over list).
