Our final honoree in October’s price to sales ratio is Unit #401 at Union Row in the U Street Corridor. This two-bedroom, two-bath modern flat with soaring ceilings and exposed overhead ductwork, also comes with a chic open den/office and a delightful private terrace. Other features include beautiful hardwood floors and a Euro-style gourmet kitchen that recesses into a single wall. The apartment was offered at $785,000 and sold for $790,000, or 100.64 percent of the original price.
