Second place was earned by Somerset House which combined Units 1103 and 1104 into a 4-bedroom, 4-and-a-half bath showcase with 4,040 square feet and 3 parking spaces. Unit 5F at 3303 Water Street in Georgetown took third place, selling the 2-bedroom, 2-and-a-half bath condo in a 2,054 square foot floor plan. Other top sellers included Hampden Row in Bethesda where unit 306 captured $1,800,000 for a 2-bedroom, 2-and-a-half bath condo with 1,865 square feet; Gaslight Square in Arlington sold unit 218 — a 2-bedroom, 3-bath condo for $1,505,000, and Chase Point in Friendship Heights capped off the top sales when unit 202 closed on a $1,325,000 sale for a 2-bedroom, 2-and-a-half bath condo with 1,906 square feet.
