The top condominium sales price in the Washington, DC area in August is $3,025,000, paid for Unit #702 at The Lauren in Bethesda. The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury residence has a very spacious 3,223 square foot floorplan. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with 1,795 square feet of living space has a welcoming foyer, hardwood floors that are laid diagonally, a formal dining room with built-ins, tray ceilings, dramatic room shapes, lavish baths and a large balcony overlooking the gazebo.
