Continuing this unusual pairing, each had three bedrooms, three full baths and 1,967 square feet of living space, placing them into another tie, this time in the price per square foot category. Closing out the highest priced sales category is Unit #1004 at the Odyssey in Rosslyn. The custom corner unit combines two condos into one, resulting in a unique three-bedroom, three-bath residence that listed for $2,195,000 and closed at $2,090,000. With three-sided window walls and a wraparound balcony, this city home offers stellar views of Arlington, the Potomac River and the Washington Monument.
