Coming in a solid second was Unit #W305 at the ever-popular Wooster and Mercer in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood. The 3,000 square-foot loft with 3-bedrooms, 3-baths, towering two-story windows and floating iron stairs listed for $1,699,000 and closed at $1,580,000.
Unit #6L at 22 West in Washington’s West End sold for $1,327,000 after being offered at $1,399,700. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath super-modern flat has warm hardwood floors, a minimalist open kitchen and giant floor-to-ceiling windows.
Coming in fourth was Unit #306 at Somerset House in Friendship Heights. The 2,278-square foot residence has intriguing room shapes, a combination of hardwood and tiles floors and a sweeping wraparound balcony. It sold for $1,283,500.
Unit #1504 at Turnberry Tower in Rosslyn is a super-spacious 1-bedroom, 2-bath flat with a den, direct elevator, balcony and modern kitchen that sold for $1,000,000.
Next on the list is Unit #613 at Lionsgate in Bethesda, Maryland. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with beautiful hardwood floors, a gourmet open kitchen and cute balcony closed at $993,500.
Our final entry is Unit #337 at The Columbia in the West End. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat with pale hardwoods, east-facing windows and a balcony, listed for $989,000 and closed for full price.
