The second half of the two-way tie goes to Unit #718 at Shoreham West in Woodley Park. The 2,550 square foot cooperative apartment sold for $2,100,000 and also came in fourth in the price per square foot category at $823.53. Unit #414 at Kalorama Lofts in Adams Morgan nabs fourth place with a $1,699,999 closing, which also ties for fourth place in the list to sales ratio at 100 percent. Unit #22 at the grand old 2101 Connecticut in Kalorama has the fifth-highest sale in January at $1,550,000. Closing out the list is Unit #1601 at Turnberry Tower in Rosslyn. The two-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,754 square feet of space and a private elevator sold for the full asking price of $1,350,000. Giant windows lead out to a sweeping balcony with multiple access points.
