In fifth place is #1610 at The Odyssey in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood. With 3-bedrooms, 2.5-baths and 1,950 square feet of living space, this contemporary apartment sold for $1,425,000. Among the features are wide-plank floors in the living areas, an open kitchen, fireplace and family room with wet bar. The sixth-highest sale in the DC area in June belongs to Unit #M202 at the Wooster and Mercer in Rosslyn. The stunning loft sold for $1,339,000 and features two stories of giant factory-style windows, floating iron stairs, exposed ductwork, gorgeous hardwood floors throughout and French doors opening to a private patio.
