The priciest condominium sales price in the Washington Metro area for November goes to Unit #PH2D at the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown in Georgetown. Listed at $6,900,000, the super spacious penthouse with 4,413 square feet of living space sold for $6,500,000. The residence also had the highest price per square foot in November at $1,472.92 per square foot. With 4-bedrooms, 4.5-baths, Brazilian Cherry herringbone floors and 11-foot ceilings, this fabulous city home also features multiple private terraces and prime views of the Potomac River and the Washington, DC monument. Coming in second is Unit #TS01 at Turnberry Tower in the Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood, directly across the river from Georgetown. With 3,623 square feet of living space, the elegant apartment also holds the sixth-highest price per square foot in November. In fourth place is Unit #709 at the fabulous new VIO at The Wharf—the Southwest Waterfront’s new “live, work and play” community. The ultra-modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath flat listed for $2,995,000 and sold for $2,850,000.
