Third place honors go to Unit #905 at Somerset House in Friendship Heights. The supersized 4,500 square foot residence is the result of combining two apartments into one. Brazilian Cherry herringbone floors gleam under natural light from a massive wall of windows. After listing for $2,375,000, the spacious residence sold for $2,150,000.
