Coming in second was Unit #6B at the landmark Wardman Tower in Woodley Park. The 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath residence with 2,503 square feet of space sold for $2,480,000, or $990.81 per square foot. The next entry is Unit #111 at Gaslight Square in Rosslyn. The 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath loft residence with two-story factory-style windows and private patios on both levels sold for $1,410,000. Fourth is #1612 at Turnberry Tower, also in Arlington’s Rosslyn waterfront community. The 2-bed, 2-bath apartment with breathtaking views closed at $1,300,000. Unit #1146 at the Clara Barton in Penn Quarter with 3-bedrooms and 3.5 baths sold for $1,050,000. Finally, sixth place goes to Unit #10 at Logan Station in Logan Circle, which closed for $1,050,000. The modern 3-bed, 2-bath flat had been listed for $1,099,000. An Honorable Mention goes to Washington Harbour in Georgetown for its first sale since May 26, 2017. Unit #210, a 1-bed, 2-full bath plus den residence with a very large 2,528 square-foot floorplan, had listed for $1,075,000 and closed for $955,000.
