The highest sales price in the Washington Metro region in September goes to Unit #2301 at Turnberry Tower in the Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood. The gated, resort-style community is one of the most exclusive in the region. Fourth place goes to Unit #251 at Gaslight Square in the Rosslyn neighborhood. With a sales price of $1,499,000, the home offers two levels of loft living, with 18-foot soaring ceilings, exposed ductwork, floating iron stairs, exposed concrete walls, a quartz and stainless steel kitchen and two private terraces.

Unit #201 at The Duncan in Dupont Circle is notable in two regards. Not only does it capture sixth place honors in the highest priced sales category at $1,400,000, it is also the first sale at this building since March of 2018!
