Market Leaders | Most Units Sold | August 2022

There was a clear leader at the top of the list for most units sold in August 2022. The iconic Watergate in Foggy Bottom accounted for seven closings, more than doubling its closet rival. Two of the Watergate sales were further distinguished in the August stats.
