Market Leaders | Most Units Sold | June 2019

There are two buildings in Washington with five sales each in June. 1745N in Dupont Circle is a recently completed boutique development blending three historic row houses with a new structure behind them, resulting in 68 high-end flats and townhouse units. The other building with five sales in June is Union Row in the U Street Corridor. Here, two buildings offer equally sublime but different residences—The Flats offer modern single-level living while The Warehouses harken back to repurposed lofts.

CityCenter in the Mount Vernon Triangle offered up three sales in June. One, Unit #913, is a featured Life at the Top residence that sold for $779,500 which is $5,500 over list! The oversized Foster + Partners one-bedroom flat has 940 square feet of living space, six-inch Northern European floors, giant windows and a beautiful kitchen with Bosch and Miele appliances recessed into Molteni cabinets. The Clara Barton in Penn Quarter, The Floridian in the U Street Corridor and The Odyssey in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood also have three sales each.

Finally, there are six buildings with two sales each. 2101 Connecticut Avenue is one of Kalorama’s grand historic addresses while 555 Mass in the Mount Vernon Triangle offers every amenity from front desk to rooftop pool.
