Turnberry Tower in the Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood led the way with six closings in March. The 26-story modern glass and steel structure is the tallest residential building in Washington Metro, offering fabulous views of the Potomac River and tons of amenities, including indoor swimming pool, screening room with catering kitchen, and complimentary valet parking. Closings included Unit #1511, the fifth highest priced sale of the month in the region at $1,785,000. The luxurious residence has a private elevator, an open kitchen with upscale appliances set into Snaidero cabinetry and a sweeping balcony with panoramic views.

1745N in Dupont Circle had four closings in March. These Historic Row townhouses have been lovingly renovated into exquisite condominiums blending modern amenities and traditional architecture. Union Row in the U Street Corridor also had four sales. This trendy development offers two buildings, the Warehouses with multilevel industrial-style lofts and the Flats with modern single-floor designs. City Vista in the Mount Vernon Triangle had three closings in March. The popular condo community is composed of three towers and includes a swimming pool, roof decks, a private one-acre park, a Safeway and Ray’s Hell Burger. Among the sales is Unit #1111 which listed for $799,900 and closed at $840,000, making it the highest sales price to list ratio for the month. The Whitman in the Mount Vernon Triangle also had three sales, with closing prices ranging from $542,500 to $725,000. All three sold at either full, or over, list price. There were six buildings with two or more sales. Notably, Washington Harbour in Georgetown had its first sales since September, 2018. Unit #PH217, a 3,700 square foot penthouse with pristine river views from a 5,000 square foot private terrace with a heated pool, listed for $3,980,000 and closed for $3,500,000. It was the highest priced condo sale in the DC area for March. The other sale at Washington Harbour, Unit #PH212, a penthouse with 2,572 square feet of living space, listed at and closed for $2,975,000, making it the second-highest sale in March! The other buildings with two sales are: Lionsgate in Bethesda, Ten Ten Mass in the Mount Vernon Triangle, Artisan in Penn Quarter, Floridian in the U Street Corridor, Watergate in Foggy Bottom and Woodley Wardman in Woodley Park.
